I love this musical! It's funny and the music is great! When I saw the remake with Leslie Ann Warren I was captivated. Of course, this is probably because I was a little girl hoping to become a princess. Would love to see it on Broadway!
I love it, too, especially the version you mention, since that's the one I saw first. I hear that some interesting changes have been made to the new production, adding songs that were originally discarded, and developing characters. It would be such a kick to see it!
